Male – Female equality
For a long time now ESIGELEC has been hoping to confirm our commitment to male-female equality. Our involvement in different programmes to raise awareness among girls about scientific careers has had a positive effect with 16% of admissions to the Engineering degree programme now comprising of girls, versus 8% three years ago. This trend will only get better from now on!
