Graduate

Network of graduates in business

According to an official report, many businesses are giving more and more priority to the graduate network in order to establish and develop their corporate relationships. One of our main objectives is to create, develop and improve just such a Graduate Network within partner and/or target businesses.

The Network will enable us to identify graduates who work in partner companies and as such stay in contact with our former students.

The Network of graduates in business will survive through mutual promotion by the business for the school and vice versa, with the intention of being an opportunity catalyst. It has several aims :

For ESIGELEC :

  • To improve the reputation of ESIGELEC with businesses in France and throughout the world
  • To develop relationships and exchanges between graduates in order to help them benefit from an effective professional network.
  • To offer a large number of services: support in finding work, help with professional integration, career management advice, etc.
  • To initiate new partnerships

For businesses :

  • To improve the reputation of the Business with our students and as such ensure better visibility for its various activities and professions
  • To respond to the issues it faces associated with recruiting young talent
  • To facilitate the integration of new arrivals

Observatory for employment and professions

The SIGELEC

The SIGELEC, which comprises graduates from ESIGELEC, supports students’ preparation of the professional project by helping them to look for employment. This is done in concert with the school using a team of business contacts which comprises a network of 4000 graduates currently working in France and throughout the world.

New employment offers can be consulted every week on the association’s website (http://www.sigelec.asso.fr/) where business documentation is also available for students to read. A directory of graduates is regularly updated and can also be consulted on the website.
