Enrolment procedures
Enrolment procedures for students in exchange programs
After reading this information package given by their home university, students wishing to take part in an exchange program must complete and return to ESIGELEC an application containing the following documents:
- The application form (to be downloaded)
- A resume and application letter (in French or in English)
- Transcripts of records relating the student’s higher education
- The learning agreement (to be downloaded)
- A copy of a valid passport
The learning agreement must be signed before the student leaves his home university. It describes the curriculum that the student has to attend together with the ECTS credits granted he/she meets the required conditions (exam, assessment, etc.). The student agrees to follow the ESIGELEC study program, regarding it as part of his higher education. He is enrolled, that is to say he pays the enrolment fees, at his home university during the exchange program. ESIGELEC undertakes to reserve a place for the student in the chosen cause units.
Each one of the three contractual parties, that is to say the student, the home university, and ESIGELEC, has a copy of the study contract duly countersigned by all three parties.
It is imperative that this procedure takes place no later than during the semester preceding the arrival of the student at ESIGELEC.
Deadlines :
Autumn semester : 31 May
Spring semester : 31 October
