Application

We highly recommend engineers students to prepare their stay abroad upon their arrival at ESIGELEC. In order to advice and help students in the steps, several school's departments are organised as follows :

For the study curriculum and internships in university partners : Direction of international relations, service of exchange programmes :

The application procedures are different for each program offered, we advise students to attend many engineers briefings throughout the school year and also to learn directly from the relevant departments.

Official documents required :

  • A valid passport is compulsory for most stays abroad.
  • For certain destinations, an entrance visa is required. The Direction of international relations assists and gives information to engineer students for their administrative steps in order to obtain a visa from foreign consulates.

Financial aids

ESIGELEC offers an aid plans to finance partially the mobility abroad. The Direction of international relations provides information and helps students to prepare their applications. The financial aids are :

The criteria of eligibility and the application forms differ from one financial aid to another, we highly encourage engineer students to get information to Direction of international relations.
