Institutions
ESIGELEC works in close collaboration with numerous French and foreign institutions abroad:
- CampusFrance : ESIGELEC is a member of this institution which brings an active support in our promotion and recruitment outside France
- Services of Cooperation and Cultural Action of the French Embassy : we regulary keep them informed of our activities in France and abroad. We often contact them for advice and recommendations when we contemplate new international projects or when we implement new joint or relocated programmes
- Chambers of Commerce and Industry : they give us support and advice on the local industry situation and facilitate us to get in touch with the industrial representatives, that are previously identified
- Departments of Economic Affairs : they give us support and advice on the local industry situation and facilitate us to get in touch with the industrial representatives, that are previously identified
- French Consulates : we meet them to keep us informed regarding the visa procedures and the eventual changes in the different countries with which we have agreements of collaboration
- Europe Education Training France Agency : agency of European Erasmus programme in France
- Foreign scholarships bodies : we meet us in order to promote the school, its programmes, the opportunities offered to students. Our objective is also to be able to inform the selected candidates about the scholarships proposed that they can apply for financing theirs studies at ESIGELEC
- Research institutes : we meet them to discuss about the potential cooperations in the fields of research and doctoral mobility
Businesses
During our professional trips abroad, we meet French companies which are set up locally and with which we have already collaborations and contacts in France.
We propose to support them within the context of recruitment, research activity and continuing education. We also plan to offer a wide range in terms of internship abroad for all students of ESIGELEC
During the last 4 years, more than 650 companies have hosted at least one student for an internship abroad.
International actions taken already exist with some French companies :
- ORANGE scholarships : within the context of a partnership between ORANGE, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and 3 partner schools (included ESIGELEC), this programme allows to 5 indian students selected by ORANGE and ESIGELEC to benefit from a scholarship of 10000 Euros. This allowance is financed by ORANGE for the MSc. programme « Business Information Systems »
- Hosting African apprentices at France Telecom and within the framework of Engineering programme Grande Ecole of ESIGELEC.
