IRSEEM CRT is involved in different systems for technology transfer and innovation:
Tallandier business incubator: reception venue for sponsors in ICT projects. The CRT is one of the main bodies of a collective initiative aimed at promoting the reception of sponsors in innovative projects such as the coaching approach of the Tallandier business incubator. The CRT takes part in the groups “establishment and animation of the ICT network” and “definition of the support services for the creation and development of ICT companies”.
The CRT took part in the setup of an Interreg IVB project with Scottish, English, Irish, German, Belgian and French partners. The project’s coordinator belongs to the district council of Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and the subject of this project is “Sharing innovation”. One of the workgroups that the various partners wish to establish is aimed at studying the transfer of innovation as a factor for SME development in each of the participating countries. The project was submitted on April 9, 2010 and could start as early as October 2010 if it is approved by the Interreg IVB NWE secretariat.
SEINARI (an agency for innovation in the region of Upper Normandy) which includes the regional incubator, Acceval, for business creation and the network for technological knowledge sharing. A partnership agreement between ESIGELEC/IRSEEM and SEINARI will be signed during the first half of 2010.
Campus for the integration of onboard electronic systems, a global partner project in research, transfer, innovation and animation, will receive new equipment platforms dedicated to the onboard systems motricity and environmental perception. The CRT will play a key role, particularly with regard to work on energy and navigation.
In 2009, the CRT developed cooperation in the form of services with practitioners at the University Hospital of Rouen, some of which started in 2010. Given the potential for cooperation in the fields of transfer, innovation and research between the CRT and the University Hospital of Rouen, a process aimed at defining a partnership with the hospital’s innovation and research management is underway. This joint determination should help enhance the synergies between the two bodies and define a framework for terms of industrial property (co-inventor, patent Page 40 of 65 40 policy, business creation…) depending on the subjects covered.
The CRT hosted the board of the AFCRT on February 19, 2010 and plans to host the second inter-region meeting (North-West region of France) of the AFCRT at the end of 2010.
