Internship calendar

All students on a final year internship will be visited by a member of the school’s teaching staff during the time they are with the business

The viva takes place in front of a jury which is headed by an industrial partner. Two academic researchers from the school and the student’s industrial tutor are also present. The student is asked to present a report of their professional project and a 3 year career plan

1st year

An initial internship of at least 4 months, carried out during the summer break

2nd year

A second internship period lasting at least 8 months, carried out during the summer break

3rd year

Engineering internship of between 4 and 9 months, beginning in mid February

Sandwich year

It is possible to carry out a one year internship abroad, between the second and third year of study

In order to better understand the demands of full time employment and effectively plan their professional progress, each year students undertake an internship with a business, including a minimum period spent abroad.
