Professionalization Routes

Employability

Helps staff on temporary contracts to acquire new skills by training them for a qualification, helping them to maintain their employment

Skills which are developed

Understand how to apply strict methodological processes
Understand how to analyse and synthesise technical information

Target Qualifications

A training certificate is issued at the end of the ‘route’
Professional diploma – the Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP), through the VAE scheme (Professional Experience validation process)

Training Process

Training is carried out as part of a work release type system for 2 to 3 days per week
Theory and practical lessons take place at a training centre and/or on site

Educational Engineering Process

Each ‘route’ is personalised and defined with the employer and staff member(s) :

1 – Staff audit: interviews, assessment tests, role play scenarios

2 – Creation of custom training modules

3 – Support in finding finance and completing dossiers

4 – Training activities

5 – Individual support: follow up, assessment, validation of knowledge acquired

6 – Training report
